Our Story: Why We Started This Practice
The healthcare system is often fragmented. Patients with both medical and mental health needs frequently find themselves shuttling between multiple doctors, struggling to coordinate care, and feeling like no one is looking at the big picture. Our founders, Dr. Chriss Mulumba and Dr. Sindy Mulumba, experienced this firsthand in their years of clinical practice and knew there had to be a better way.
They envisioned a practice where patients could receive coordinated care for both physical and mental health under one roof, where providers communicated openly and worked together as a team, and where every patient felt seen, heard, and valued. That vision became Stars Integrative Care with TMS a place where whole-person healthcare is not just a concept, but a daily reality.
Meet Our Founders
Dr. Chriss Mulumba, MD
Dr. Chriss Mulumba is a board-certified psychiatrist with extensive experience in adolescent, adult, and geriatric mental health. Since beginning his practice in 2017, he has been dedicated to providing evidence-based, compassionate psychiatric care for individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges.
Dr. Sindy Mulumba, MD
Dr. Sindy Mulumba brings over 15 years of experience in adult primary care to Stars Integrative Care with TMS. She is committed to delivering holistic, patient-centered care that emphasizes prevention, education, and empowerment.
